The DynaWheel

Our premier product is the DynaWheel partnered with the Ashana App.
The DynaWheel Jr. is a smaller version that fits the hands and needs of pediatric patients.

Therapists create customized treatment plans for their patients on the Ashana App.

Patients can access their plan on the DynaWheel at home or in the therapist’s office. Then play the games to target the exercises and movements the therapist prescribes.

The Ashana app captures patient data - activity, repetitions, strength, range of motion and duration. Therapists and patients can access the data on their mobile app.

Clinical Benefits of Video Game Rehabilitation

Increased Repetition for Changes in the Brain
It takes over 300 reps per day to see changes in the brain. But the average therapy session only includes between 40-60 reps of exercise. Patients need a fun way to get more reps.

Increased Compliance for Home Program Completion
In comparison to low home exercise completion rates, one study found that 80% of telehealth patients completed their home program of game-based rehabilitation and saw significant progress.

Increased Enjoyment Improves Outcomes
For stroke survivors using video game rehabilitation, increased enjoyment was related to increased upper extremity improvement.

Increased Patient Engagement and Satisfaction
Stroke survivors find video games to be engaging and beneficial for rehabilitation.
